Chief Concierge


Main Responsibilities:

– Oversees all concierge operations with a focus on ensuring that the highest levels of hospitality and service are provided.
– Represents Concierge Department in resolving any guest or hotel related situation.
– Manages the flow of questions and directs guests within the lobby.
– Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules to Hotel Guests
– Create and coordinate work schedules and assign posting positions, maximizing coverage and optimizing efficiency of a Team at all times.
– Record guest requests for luggage and valet service and train employees on venue features and services.
– Ensuring the driveway, lobby, entrance and baggage storage areas are clean and presentable

Requirements

Main Requirements:

– Previous experience of Concierge Management, Developing and Building Teams, Opera, Team Supervising
– Experience in Branded 5* Hotels is a must
– Preferable candidate who is available to join immediately
