Desired Candidate Profile
Skills and qualifications required: 1. The candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of proven track record and experience in the meetings & event management industry and prior experience in arranging meeting/ events/ exhibitions. 2. A minimum educational requirement of a Bachelors / Master’s degree in Travel & Tourism would be preferred. 3. Must hold a valid UAE driver’s license, as you may be required to go on-site or travel to client office for meetings (as and when required). 4. Prior experience in the GCC would be preferred with local knowledge of MICE industry 5. Candidate must be presentable and have a pleasing personality. 6. Arabic speaking candidates will be preferred for the role. 7. You must have very good negotiation skills. 8. Must have excellent interpersonal relation skills and be very customer focused.
